The Experience Behind Risk Intelligenz
Risk Intelligenz was established to provide organisations with experienced governance, contract management and business support informed by legal experience.
12 years+ experience has been gained in private practice and senior in-house legal roles, most recently as VP, Legal Counsel at Butterfield Group, a NYSE-listed global banking and financial services group. Experience includes advising on commercial contracts, governance frameworks, legal and regulatory matters, acquisitions, financing transactions and business-critical projects in financial services, energy and other regulated environments.
An MBA from Imperial College London complemented this experience, expanding capabilities across a broad spectrum of business competencies, including strategy, finance, and organisational decision-making.
